Dr. Pawan Kumar works as the Associate Professor at the Department of Physics, Chandigarh University, India. His research focuses on low-dimensional semiconductor materials, semiconductor nanomaterials, thin films, ZnO-based UV photodetectors and ZnO-polymer composites for 3D printing. He has achieved a series of progress in improving the photoelectric properties of rare-earth doped ZnO nanomaterials, published many academic papers, and long been engaged in the research of optoelectronic functional materials and nanotechnology.
