Dr. Nagaiah Kambhala is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics and Electronics, School of Sciences, Jain (Deemed to be) University, Bangalore. His research interests lie in Nano materials for hydrogen evolution, photo catalysts and super capacitor applications, Magnetic and transport studies of oxide thin films and multilayers, Memristor/Resistive switching studies of oxides and 2D materials, 2D materials and Topological insulators for spintronic and flexible electrics applications. He has published about 30 international publications and several conference presentations within India and abroad. He also serves as the editorial board member of “American Journal of Nano Research and Applications” and the reviewer for many research Journals. Recently he received the International best researcher awards from the Asia international research awards.
